| We had another good season in January 2010. Our biggest muley bucks scored 197 and 195 B&C. Our average was in the 180s, lower than normal, simply because hunters missed the three biggest bucks, which would have scored more than 200 B&C, and several others in the 190s. Some hunters passed on bucks in the 180s and 190s and ended up taking management bucks. So our Jan. 2011 season should be excellent with plenty of big bucks to be found. We filled all four of our Coes deer tags. The desert whitetail bucks averaged just shy of 97 B&C. We're still basing our hunts out of the Little Lake Ranch, which has been managed for trophy bucks for several years now, and we've picked up some other good leases in the area.
